Bring a piece of the Badger Lands home with this 513-piece puzzle created from a painting by the late wildlife artist Victor Bahktin titled Sauk Prairie Remembered: A Vision for the Future. It depicts the land occupied by the former Badger Army Ammunition Plant in Sauk County, Wisconsin, as it appeared in the early 1800s. Bahktin worked closely with renowned botanist Dr. Hugh Iltis, and many other biologists and ecologists from the University of Wisconsin, to accurately represent the species and communities that would have been present on the land at that time.

A limited supply of these beautiful puzzles are now available for purchase at the Museum of Badger Army Ammunition for $25. Proceeds will be split between the SPCA and the Badger History Group.
